The classic watch cap was worn by sailors on the
ocean. This version is felted, making it naturally windproof and water
repellent. It requires 330 yards of pure wool yarn worsted weight yarn,
or a blend that still felts well. Our kit in Natural Medium Gray is a
pure wool, but our mohair blends also felt very well. For other colors,
we recommend our pure wool Traditional
Colors in medium weight or our Mohair
